3) Implement Comprehensive Regulations for Recycling Processes:

  • Require manufacturers to take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of their products, including take-back, recycling, and proper disposal.
  • Establish standards for recyclable solar panels and certify compliant products.
  • Create a regulatory body to monitor compliance with recycling laws and standards.


4) Implement Tax Incentives for Recycling Infrastructure and Technologies:

  • Offer tax credits for companies that invest in advanced recycling technologies and infrastructure.
  •  Allocate government funds to subsidize the cost of building and upgrading recycling facilities.
  •  Implement reduced tax rates for companies that prioritize recycling and sustainability in their operations.
