Let's try to create a Functional Model of a typical manufacturing plant.
Usually, the interaction and connections between different departments are presented in the form of an organizational chart.
The example is shown below.
Additional departments can be added, such as Finance, HR, Training, etc. This is not the point. The point is that this one or any more detailed chart shows only managerial subordination and does not show any functional connections. In practice, the functional connections arise according to necessity: between production and engineering, between QA and engineering and so on.
Let's try to analyze at least partially the functional interactions within the manufacturing plant.
The first step - attend the manufacturing plant as a system
Second step - list the actual components that are materials, equipment, engineers, technicians, managers, etc.
Thrid step - connect the components with functions if they exist - a function exists if and only if a parameter changes.

"Process Engineers" - is the most important component. It does not mean that all the rest should be terminated, no. But for the success of the production, we need to invest into "Process Engineers" - training, supply with relevant software, support, etc.
To reduce high turnover at the plant the managers propose different ideas, but it does not help. All proposed solutions are good, but there are some of them that are blocking the effectiveness of the rest of the solutions. The purpose of the project is to analyze the proposed solutions (perceptions) and define the blocked. The solutions with high blocking rank should be completed first to ensure the effectiveness of the rest of the ideas. The Perception Mapping (PMap) creative thinking tool was used for the blockers definition.
The integration of CFRP materials into automotive designs presents challenges related to compatibility, performance, and safety, necessitating a careful transition from a Chromolly tubular space frame to a CFRP monocoque. Key considerations include determining the optimal geometry for suspension, aerodynamic features, and the placement of components like the battery pack and sensors, all while adhering to FSAE safety protocols. Additionally, decisions regarding the production method—whether to use preimpregnated carbon fibers or an injection method—must be made early to facilitate timely production. The development process involves creating molds and plugs from suitable materials, ensuring that all assemblies can be connected without compromising structural integrity, and maintaining strict adherence to budget constraints and sourcing of materials.
In response to the potential outbreak of a third world war and the risk of Egypt becoming isolated from global trade and financial systems, this project aims to develop a self-sustaining, decentralized digital ecosystem. The goal is to ensure economic stability, resource accessibility, and secure communication for citizens, businesses, and the government in times of crisis. This solution will be delivered as an application-based platform that integrates barter trade, digital currency, AI-driven supply chain management, emergency communication, and cybersecurity measures. By leveraging blockchain technology, AI-powered logistics, and decentralized networking, the platform will enable uninterrupted trade, resource distribution, and crisis coordination without reliance on external financial institutions or internet-based infrastructure.
