in the end we need to create some mold of holes, abut what if we will create in the clean room silicon pillars instead of holes the pillars have less area that need to be exposed so the lithography should be faster. after that we can take this pillar mold and create negative mold of holes from PDMS, as many as we like because creating the molds will take now half an hour for each mold and there will be no need to go to the clean room any more.
