How to prevent engineers' turnover at the plant

Collect perceptions on "What should be done to prevent engineers turnover at the plant?"

The process:

  1. Collect perceptions - ideas that should prevent or reduce the turnover of good engineers at the plant
  2. Find connections (relations) between the perceptions using the operator "LEADS TO"
  3. Find and mark contradicting perceptions
  4. Analyze the map and calculate the blocking ranking - it is done automatically by the platform
  5. Conclude - describe the main blockers that should be removed first to allow the implementation of the rest of the perceptions

Totaly 12 perceptions were generated for avoiding or, at least reducing, turnover of good engineers at the plant

The main purpose of the PMap investigation was to define the main blockers - perceptions that may block or resist the effects of the rest of the perceptions.


The main blocker is the perception that received the highest score:

All these tree perceptions are blocking the effectiveness of the rest of the perceptions. These three blockers should be removed first.

Actually, all tree blocking perceptions are related one to another and their meaning is that engineers are satisfied when they can act as engineers and their engineering success is recognized.
